FINISHED

The whole project is finished now. Before I wrote story I needed to translate it to English and cut it a bit so it would fit on my piece of paper. The cage, fire-bird and an apple visually shows what the story is about. The text attached to the top of the cage is a Russian version of Yugoslavian fairy-tale about the fire bird. I have realised what I wanted I showed a fairy-tale with out words, but I can't say I finished 'playing' with this idea. 

After this project I want to fix the storyboards that I have done for FMP in a box, and make slides show mechanism. The other thing I am very interested at the moment is birds and animals skeletons. I plan on doing more mixed media sculpture based on animal skeleton studies. Besides all that, i want to redo my fire bird. I want to make it bigger, longer and more elegant. No feather are acceptable, only wire decorative sculpture. 

If the writing would be any bigger or paper a bit smaller I wouldn't be able to fit it. Good that I tested the ink and size of the writing before I started finished piece.

I had a couple of ideas hoe to close the scroll, but the simplest one was the most practical one.
